How soon do I need to order?

In the case of team wear the earlier the better, orders cannot be rushed as production schedules are run very tight, rather than stress about late deliveries we would always recommend orders be placed 10 weeks before a competition start date.

*Orders are only considered placed on final signoff and receipt of deposit if applicable.

What are the payment terms on orders?

Payment terms will be laid out on each individual quote, more often than not it runs on a 60% deposit on ordering and the remaining payment on delivery.

Is there a deposit required on orders?

This depends on the item, all customised goods are sunject to a deposit for the simple reason that they are branded with the clients logo and therefore can only be used by that client and not resold without rebranding.

Is there any minimum order quantities required?

This depends on the item, aside from stock items there is always a minimum quantity, we specialise in teamwear and in order to keep  prices competitive we need to work to minimum quantities, for jerseys 12 units is the minimum quantity, for hoodies, tracksuits etc the minimum is 20.

Yes, we offer a service of branded Match/Training/Corporate balls with a minimum order of only 50 units.  The balls can be in your own colours with any logos or text that you require.  These require a 75% deposit before manufacture and have a 10 week turnaround.

Is Taiaha gear durable, tough and heard wearing?

Yes, the pride of TAIAHA is shown through it’s quality, in particular our on the field kit is built to endure the toughest of tests.  The team here understand rugby, it’s requirements and have designed gear with performance in mind.

Do Taiaha sell Hoodies and T shirts?

Yes, we offer a range of Hoodies, Round neck and Polo T shirts, if you mail us your required colours we will send you back some sample designs to look at.  We offer these in Cotton, Hydrolite Material and Sublimated Polyester.

What is the turnaround time on orders?

This is something that we are very careful about, we do not promise to deliver if it is not possible, we understand late delivery is often as bad as no delivery as kit is required for the competitions start date.  The answer is that different items have different turnaround times, equipment and stock items can take 2-3 working days while customised kit generally takes a minimum of 8 weeks, longer in some cases.
